How to fix OStim not ready? ›

Try right-clicking on the OStim NG mod in Mod Organizer 2 and selecting "reinstall." There shouldn't be any options to choose, so just click through. Launch the game and attempt your adult interaction again. If this STILL doesn't work, Refer to the readme and keep reinstalling the list until the error messages go away.

When an OStim scene ends, I cannot control my character, the keyboard doesn't work, and/or the camera is not working properly. Most likely you are using an incompatible version of ConsoleUtilSSE. The only version of ConsoleUtilSSE that works with OStim NG is ConsoleUtilSSE NG maintained by VersuchDrei.

OSA/OSex Compatibility Reminder:

OStim is not compatible with latest updates for OSA and OSex. If you installed OSA 0002 through 0012, or OSex Vanilla 0002 through 0012, or download versions from Ceo's website, your actors will just stand next to each other and other issues.

On OStim Standalone, OSA is no longer required. However, older addons may have a dependency on OSA. esm.

"OStim not ready or installation failed".

1) You have the wrong version of a dependency or it is being overwritten. Make sure your requirements are correct according to the installation guide. 2) Check if the folder C:\Users\(username)\Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition is set to read-only.

This lists FNIS as a requirement, however, You should be using Nemesis instead of FNIS. You do not need to and should not download FNIS.

If you're on pc, open the console and spawn a weak enemy next to you with the "player. placeatme" command. Then try to get your character to attack the enemy, If your character kills the enemy with a killmove it should reset your camera back to normal.

If you're starting the scene in a quest stage you'll need to change akSpeaker to a property that points to the specific actor (or a quest alias) you want to be the partner in your scene. That's it! A basic OStim scene should start.

Use "tfc" on the console. Move around then re-enter "tfc" in the console again. When you start loading a save just start rotating the camera before the load is completed.

OSA version allows for the OSex animations to play during sex scenes. Sexlab allows for the Sexlab Animation Framework animations to play during sex scenes. That's the only major difference.

Nemesis must be run whenever animation/skeleton mods are added/updated. To do so: Ensure all plugins are ticked, and sorted with LOOT. Choose Nemesis from the executables dropdown and click Run to run it through Mod Organizer.

Click LIBRARY > select OSEX > BIND MODULE TO KEY PRESS and press the key you want to use. Pressing this key with an NPC in your crosshairs will now initiate the scene with them.

Fix: If SKSE64 fails to launch, it might be due to conflicts with other software, such as anti-virus or firewall programs. Temporarily disable these programs, launch SKSE64, and then re-enable them. Make sure to add SKSE64 as an exception if necessary.
