How to createanew username
- Go toAgoda.comand clickCreate account.
- A pop-up window will appear. Please ensure you aresigning up via email and complete the form.
- Create a new password with aminimum of 8 characters. We highly recommend usingacombinationof letters, numbers,symbols,capitalletters, andlower-caselettersfor increased security.
How to linkyournew username to your current property
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to link your new username directly in YCS. Instead, pleasecontactAgoda Accommodation Support to help you with this.
You will need to provide:
- Your name and rolewithinthe property.
- An official letter from the property’s owner or management company that acknowledges the additional or updatedusername.
- New username email address.
- Please inform Agoda Accommodation Support if you would like your subscription notifications to be sent to the new username.
- If your property’s payment methodusesePass,please specify if you would likethenew username to have access totheFinance tab.
How to reset your password
Agoda is no longer requiring a password to login toYCS. However, there are some cases in which the password is required by the channel manager or for other setup requirements. If you have forgotten your password, please follow the steps below:
- Go toAgoda.comand clickSign in.
- In the pop-up window, clickForgot Password?
- Insert the email address used to register your property and tick the boxI’m not a robot.
- ClickReset password. A link to reset your password will automatically be sent to the registered email.
- Check your inbox for the email from Agoda. Open the email and clickReset my password.
- You will be automatically redirected to the Agoda website, where a pop-up window will appear, prompting you to enter a new password.
- Complete the form and clickChange Password. You should now be able to login with your new password.
How to log in to YCS for the first time
- Go to YCS
- Enter your log in credentials (email and password)
- TickKeep me signed inif you want to save your account for easier log in
- Click Sign In
- An OTP or a secure link will be automatically sent to your registered email address.
- If you received an OTP, please enter the code from your email on the YCS login page. If you received a secure link, please click the blue Sign in button, and you will be logged in automatically.
How to log in using your password
If you have already logged in to YCS for the first time, you will now be able to log in simply using your password.
- Go to YCS>> Login to YCS
- Enter your log in credentials
- Click Sign In
- YCS will sometimes require log in verification by OTP. The OTP will be sent to either your registered phone number or email address.
If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password? to reset your log in credentials.
How to log in using a recent account
You can log in to YCSusing recent (saved) accounts. This helps frequent users to reduce the number of times they need to enter their full log in credentials. A maximum of 5 recent accounts will be shown on the log in window.
Please note that this feature is only available when:
- Your device allows cookies
- You have ticked the Remember me box
- You do not use incognito mode or a private browser
How do I remove a recent (saved) account?
- In the log in window, click the X next to the account you would like to remove
- A confirmation window will pop up
- Click Confirm to successfully remove the recent (saved) account
I did not receive an OTP
The following reasons might be why you did not receive an OTP:
- Agoda’s email address is not in yoursafe sender list. This may causetheemailto bedelivered as Spam or Junk.
- The webbrowser you are using may notbeingcompatible.
- Agoda’s email address is blocked by your email service provider.
- You are not logged in to theYCS Appwith the same username that you would like to access via desktop.
- Push notifications from YCS App are not enabled or are restricted on your mobile device.
To resolve these issues, please try the following:
- Addno-reply@agoda.comtoyour email’ssafe senderslist.
- Clear your browser cookies, cache,and history.
- The required stepsmaybe differentdepending on your browser;you can searchfor specific browser guidelinesonline.
- Requestanew OTPby clicking Send again.
- Log in to YCSon another browser,or usetheYCS Appto receive the OTP.

1. How can I remove an old username that is no longer being used?

2. I am taking over a property from the previous management. What should I do if I don’t have an official letter acknowledging a changed username from the previous management company?
You can provideanofficial changeofmanagement letterinformingusthatthe newusernameisto begiven access.
3. What should I do if I can’t login to YCS even after the new username is linked?
The first time you login to YCS using the your username, you will be prompted to inputaPIN code due to security reasons.ThisPIN codemay beobtainedvia email or the YCS
4. If I log in to the YCS desktop, and then log out, do I still need to input the OTP?
Yes, if you log out, the session expires. To ensure safety, a new OTP is then required to log in again.
5. When will my session expire?
The maximum idle time is 6 hours. After 6 hours, if you close the browser and open it again to access YCS, you willneed to log in usinganew OTP.
6. What should I do if I am still having issues receiving the code?
You can check with your email service provider to see if they are blocking Agoda’s email address.
7. What should I do if I change my phone number?
Changing your phone number should not impact receiving an OTP as it is sent via the YCS App. If you have the app logged in, you should be able to log in on the desktop as usual.
