This was my hair After getting it cut and destroyed at this great clips! The lady (Wendi) who chopped four years of growth had done a good job on my hair before this and I trusted her. —- I still don’t understand why she gave me a crooked mullet but I absolutely regret ever coming here.

My husband and I just moved from Los Angeles and had our first haircuts at Great Clips with Rosie. I have curly hair and my husband has wavy. Rosie understood what we wanted and we could not be happier! The shop owner is hands on and professional and we had almost no wait time. My entire family will now be going to Great Clips at Plantation Plaza for all our haircut needs.

Wishing I had never trusted these hair cutters with my long hair. They mutilated it. I got it fixed at the Paul Mitchell salon/school at the Town Center where the stylists are accountable to their instructors for doing a great job.

I had the pleasure of getting a haircut from Richie at this location. He was incredibly professional and had extensive knowledge about how to deal with my hair type and style. I’m usually the type to cross my fingers every haircut I get, but I will definitely be returning to see Richie with full faith that my hair will look great after our session. Was told about this hair cutting gem from a friend and now I’ll pass it along to you. Excellent staff that are willing to go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied. Have only been going there for a few months and I’m treated like family every time I walk in. Checking in online is a snap. Step in and wait just a few minutes, if you have to wait at all. Then sit back and let the experts take care of you. I personally request one of two young ladies; however, I have no doubt everyone of these professionals will do an excellent job. As an added bonus active duty military and retired veterans receive a discount.

Positive:ValueI am usually pretty happy with my cut but today it was absolutely terrible. The man that was cutting my hair, I think his name was richie, was just terrible. I’ve never had a more uneven haircut than the one I got today. The wait time was short, but he was speeding through the haircut as if the store was busy. He never seemed to have any idea what he was doing despite having worked there for so long. When I went back in later to get it fixed, he cut another person’s hair and I saw the customer leave and comeback with the same issue as me. 9 times out of 10 I will get a decent cut at this location but I will make sure the guy from today never touches my hair again. I am usually pretty happy with my cut but today it was absolutely terrible. The man that was cutting my hair, I think his name was richie, was just terrible. I’ve never had a more uneven haircut than the one I got today. The wait time was short, but he was speeding through the haircut as if the store was busy. I was always skeptical of Great Clips, but seeing this one was right by home, I figured i’d give it a try. Priya did an amazing job with my hair! She pointed out things that my past barber had done incorrectly and explained what she did before doing it and was very knowledgeable! Super friendly and a great price, I will definitely be back!

I want to say that I had a GREAT experience this morning getting my hair cut. I just moved to the area. The reception was nice, attentive and informative about my wait time. I had not pre-checked in. I told her what type of stylist I needed for my specific needs and she scheduled me with the Manager Jenna.
